Blueberry Banana Cake #fruitcake #desserts

The most widely recognized partner to blueberry is by all accounts lemon, however I needed to have a go at something somewhat unique. Seeing as how blueberry banana happens to be one of my most loved smoothie combos, I figured I'd give it a shot in cake structure to check whether it works. Spoiler: It works! Ludicrously well really.

It's critical to utilize overripe bananas for this banana cake formula. In the event that they're not overripe, the flavor own't be as solid. It truly has an enormous effect! Banana's have an exceptionally short time span of usability for me, when there are dark colored spots I think of them as unpalatable, yet you truly need to hold up until they are excessively delicate and have a great deal of darker on them. You can likewise utilize solidified and defrosted bananas rather on the off chance that you stash them in your cooler as I do. Make certain to convey them to room temperature first however and don't deplete the fluid.

The banana enhance in this cake is tasty and it runs incredibly well with the blueberries!! I adore this combo. The tart cream cheddar icing was an unquestionable requirement for this Blueberry Banana Cake formula. It compliments the cake layers impeccably well.
