INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 handful cilantro about 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2-4 tablespoons water thin to taste
  • lime juice or lemon from 1 lime/lemon
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt to taste


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a blender or food processor combine ingredients for dressing until smooth.
  2. Store in fridge for 5-7 days.
