Club Sandwich (Turkey, Ham, Bacon) #dinner #lunch

My late spring of no-cook plans proceeds! This one is a work of art, and is was constantly one of my preferred store requests growing up – a great club sandwich. It is actually quite easy to make as well. What's more, during summer, you can absolutely pass this off as supper.

The initial step is to beginning of with the most scrumptious fixings you can discover. I am absolutely a Trader Joe's young lady here. So the vast majority of my fixings originated from that point. I utilize the Trader Joe's pre-cooked bacon as well. I gave it a moment in the toaster stove to fresh up. Basically every market has their rendition of this alternate route.

I toast the bread and afterward given it a chance to cool for a few minutes. Why? In the event that you construct your sandwich on sizzling toast, it will wither your lettuce. I speculation toasting actually considers cooking. In any case! I have likewise made this not toasted, and it is as yet scrumptious!

Club Sandwich (Turkey, Ham, Bacon) #dinner #lunch

A club sandwich is a delicious deli classic, and it is s easy to make yourself at home. Turkey, ham, bacon, Colby jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo on wheat toast.

  • 3 slices wheat bread (or bread of choice)
  • 2 Tablespoons mayo (I recommend Duke's, Hellmann's or Trader Joe's)
  • lettuce
  • tomato slices
  • salt and pepper to taste (on the tomatoes)
  • 2 ounces sliced deli ham
  • 2 ounces sliced turkey
  • 2 slices bacon cooked
  • 1 slice Colby jack cheese (or cheese of choice - cheddar and Swiss work great too)

  1. Toast your bread, if you wish, and allow it to cool for a few minutes. This helps to avoid wilted lettuce.
  2. Spread the 3 pieces of cooled toast with mayo.
  3. On one slice, add your lettuce and tomato. Go ahead and add a little salt and pepper to those tomatoes.
  4. Put a 2nd piece of bread, mayo side down, on the sandwich. Then add a little more mayo to the top of that piece.
  5. Next, stack your meat and cheese, and top with the last slice of bread, mayo side down.
  6. Use a well-sharpened knife to cut the sandwich into triangles, using toothpicks to hold everything together.
  7. To up the visual game of your club sandwich, turn everything on its side to show all the pretty layers.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
