Some may contend that a genuine sangria is red. Me, I couldn't care less in any case. It's sangria. When you're drinking sangria – paying little respect to the shade – life is naturally great. Who might need to contend with that?

This White Strawberry-Lemon Sangria formula specifically has turned into a quick fave in our home. It's sweet, however not sickeningly sweet. It's perfect sweet. The strawberries loan their mark summery taste while the sharp lemon holds everything within proper limits. Lemon-lime soft drink finishes it off and, I think, makes this strawberry lemon sangria especially drinkable – in somewhat of a hazardous way, really.

And after that there's the hummed natural product. Because of the expansion of rum, the strawberries and apples are decent and kicky – ideal for selecting of the glass for a fast snack.

This is such a superbly invigorating sangria – incredible for the hot, moist days ahead. Furthermore, warm summer nighttimes. What's more, bright evenings. What's more, perhaps even at the present time.

  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced (any kind)
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced lengthwise

  • 4 cups lemon-lime soda

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add lemon slices to a large pitcher, then the apples and strawberries.
  2. Pour the wine and rum over the top.
  3. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 4 – 5 hours.
