  • 1.5 pounds ground beef

  • 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 11 oz. can of sweet corn, drained
  • 15 oz. can beans (I used Ranch Style), undrained
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. On the stove in a skillet brown and drain ground beef.
  2. Spray non-stick cooking spray in the slow cooker. Add potatoes and sprinkle onion soup mix over the top. Layer ground beef on top.
  3. Add can of diced tomatoes, corn, and beans. Add water and close lid.
  4. Cook on low for about 6-7 hours until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir ingredients, and then add shredded cheese over the top. Close lid for 10 minutes to melt.
