  • 16 oz ziti pasta
  • 20 oz alfredo sauce
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup parsley fresh and chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and pour back in your pot.
  3. In a large bowl, combine alfredo sauce and sour cream. Add ziti and toss until coated.
  4. Spoon half of the pasta into a greased 9x13-inch dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan and most of the parsley. Spread evenly over pasta in the baking dish. Evenly spoon remaining pasta on top.
  6. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and little fresh Parsley.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
