At the point when you need a speedy side dish, this 5-minute Spicy Stir-Fried Cabbage proves to be useful! 54 calories and 1 Weight Watchers Freestyle SP.

Napa cabbage is my go-to assortment of cabbage and I use it in my preferred Thai Chicken Salad (I could eat the whole bowl!) and practically any slaw formula. It has a better surface and milder flavor than ordinary green or purple cabbages. It's sold in most markets, nearby different cabbages in the crisp produce area.

The cut cabbage is sautéed in sesame oil with crisp ginger, at that point prepared with a little scoop of stew garlic sauce (found in the universal segment of most markets) and a sprinkle of soy sauce. Basic, sound and loaded with exquisite flavors.
