This Apple Crisp Smoothie has all the kinds of this most loved sweet — apple, oats, and cinnamon — in a sound smoothie that is ideal for breakfast (or a more beneficial pastry!).

I had never considered adding oats or crude apple to a smoothie. I wasn't generally certain that it would be smooth. However, I've never had any issues with that! It purees crude apple (with strip!) until it's totally smooth, and I love the crisp flavor it includes.

Be that as it may, I'm not going to continue forever and on about a smoothie. In my plans notes close to this one, I essentially stated, "YES!" It is the ideal apple fresh fix when you're searching for something more advantageous, or you happen to appreciate dessert for breakfast.


APPLE CRISP SMOOTHIE #drinks #breakfast


  • 1/4 cup low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup 0% vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup instant or quick oats
  • 1 apple cut into 1/2-1" chunks (not peeled, unless you really want to!)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6-8 ice cubes


  1. Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

*If you don't have a high power blender, you may want to peel your apple or soak your oats to ensure a smooth smoothie.
