Caramel Moose Munch Fancy Popcorn is crunchy, sweet, and chocolatey, caramel corn sprinkled with three sorts of nuts, and showered in two kinds of chocolate. THIS EASY, CRUNCHY, DELICIOUS POPCORN IS GREAT FOR A CROWD. Simply BE WARNED, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO STOP SNACKING ONCE YOU START.

There is nothing superior to the smash of a caramel covered popcorn… that is, until you sprinkle it with white and milk chocolate, and hurl in walnuts, almonds, and peanuts. At that point I am snared!

Admission time, I love popcorn. Like it rates in one of my best ten ever things to eat. Tragic, however evident. I pick it over numerous different nourishments, and select my venue dependent on which have the best popcorn. Also, don't reveal to me they are no different, it is basically false. Toss nuts into that popcorn, and I got nuts for it. (Joke planned). Most likely on the grounds that it at that point feels like I am eating something generally sound! Ha!

  • Pop 3/4 cup unpopped popcorn take out kernels
  • 1 cup of pecans
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup of peanuts.
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light Caro syrup
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 bar 4 ounces white chocolate (melted)
  • 1 bar 4 ounces milk chocolate (melted)


  1. Pop 3/4 cup unpopped popcorn, take out kernels add pecans, almonds and peanuts.
  2. Set aside.

In a sauce pan mix:

  1. 2 cups packed brown sugar
  2. 1/2 cup light Caro syrup
  3. 1 cup butter
  4. Mix on medium heat, bring to boil for five minutes. Take off heat
  5. Stir in
  6. 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  9. Mix until combined. Add nuts to bowl, then pour over popcorn and nuts in a large bowl and mix until coated.
  10. Separate into two pans and put in a 200° oven bake for one hour stirring every 15 minutes
  11. I line my baking sheets with Silicon Baking Matwhich allows the melted chocolate to come off the sheet pan easily and not stick to the pan.
  12. After baked split into thirds
  13. Pour one bar of melted white chocolate on one of the three pans
  14. Pour one bar melted milk chocolate on another pan
  15. Leave the other pan plain caramel.
  16. Allow to cool
  17. Mix all together
