Keto Gumbo (Slow Cooker, THM:S, Low Carb, Paleo, Ketogenic, Whole30) #healthy #diet

Keto Gumbo (Slow Cooker, THM:S, Low Carb, Paleo, Ketogenic, Whole30) #healthy #diet

Presently, customary Gumbo utilizes a roux to thicken up the fluid and has okra in it. Sadly, making it keto required 86-ing the roux, for my most loved keto thickener: Xanthan Gum. I know, I know, that doesn't make it genuine Gumbo, however to eat invigoratingly, some of the time penances must be made!

Gumbo is too simple to make Keto and in the moderate cooker. You truly toss all the meats alongside the veggies in the moderate cooker, at that point include the shrimp around 20 minutes before serving.

This Slow Cooker Keto Gumbo isn't just quick and simple to make, it's flavorful! Just toss all the fixings - less the shrimp - in a moderate cooker, at that point include the shrimp and cauliflower rice 20 minutes before serving.
