PALEO WHOLE30 STUFFED PEPPER SOUP #healthy #instantpot

PALEO WHOLE30 STUFFED PEPPER SOUP #healthy #instantpot

This Paleo Whole30 Stuffed Pepper Soup is anything but difficult to make thus healthy. All the kinds of a stuffed pepper in soup structure. Gluten free, dairy free, and low FODMAP. Made in the Instant Pot or on the stove top.

This soup is stuffed with heavenliness. Bunches of ringer peppers, fire broiled tomatoes, grass-encouraged ground meat, and seasonings that give it so much flavor. Indeed, there is white rice in a portion of these photos. We endure white rice alright and in the event that you do also, at that point I strongly suggest it! In the event that you're doing a Whole30 or can't deal with rice, at that point use cauliflower rice or forget about it. It's as yet healthy and delightful without it.

This formula is low FODMAP which implies no onion, garlic, or green peppers. In the event that you needn't bother with it low FODMAP, at that point don't hesitate to include standard onion with the peppers, utilize green pepper in the event that you'd like, and garlic rather than garlic oil.
