Ingredients

  • 30 oz can of refried beans
  • 3 medium sized avocado
  • 1 small lime
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 1 package of taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups of sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups of salsa
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup of chopped black olives

Instructions

  1. Mix the refried beans and package of taco seasoning together really well
  2. Take skin off avocados and pit out and add to a bowl
  3. Add 1/2 cup of the salsa and lime juice to the avocados and mash with a fork
  4. Take a large bowl or casserole dish and pour the refried beans into the bowl and spread out evenly
  5. Next on top of the beans put a layer of guacamole and spread out evenly
  6. Then add the sour cream in dollops and spread out evenly carefully not mixing the guacamole and sour cream
  7. Next pour the salsa on top of the sour cream layer and spread out evenly
  8. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the sour cream layer
  9. Then sprinkle the shredded lettuce, then chopped tomatoes, and then the chopped black olives
  10. Cover and refrigerate at least for 30 minutes to firm up some before serving
