INGREDIENT LIST
  • 2 cans lime sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat, cream from the top)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • salt, for the rim
  • optional garnish: lime wedges. lime sparkling water
THE STEPS
  1. Line 3 glasses with salt. Place coarse sea salt on small plate. Rub the top of each glass with a lime wedge to get them wet. Dip the rim in the sea salt to coat. You may need to use your hands some.
  2. Add all ingredients to a high powdered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Top with more sparkling water and garnish with lime wedges.
  3. *NOTE: this drink does separate some, but just needs to be stirred to incorporate again.
