For the Dressing

  2. 1/4 cup lite sour cream
  3. 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  4. 2 cloves garlic , minced
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  6. 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper, or to taste

Instructions

  1. In a salad bowl, combine sliced radishes, cucumbers, and chopped green onions; set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing; taste for seasonings and adjust accordingly.
  3. Add the dressing to the salad; mix well and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve.
