INGREDIENTS

  • 15 oz can chickpeas, (garbanzo beans) (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 stalk celery (diced)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup grapes (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons vegan mayo, (Vegenaise or Just Mayo are good ones)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • Dash of salt/pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, slightly mash the chickpeas with a potato masher or fork.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
