Scalloped potatoes are amazing in my family. A while ago when we would all accumulate at my grandmother's for Sunday supper, if a container of scalloped potatoes appeared on the table, frenzy followed. My cousins and I generally campaigned for seats nearest to the dish so we could take additional servings without sharing. To state they are high on my rundown of solace nourishments is putting it mildly.

My grandmother made hers from a container blend, and they were constantly scrumptious, yet now I like to make them without any preparation. This specific formula is very occasion commendable – delicate potatoes, bubbly cheddar, and a rich sauce meet up for a nibble that possesses a flavor like home. It likewise combines well with numerous ordinary dinners. You can serve them with steak, chicken, burgers, or pretty much some other meat.

Bake until the cream has thickened and is bubbling around sides and the top is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
