  • 8 c. Chicken Broth
  • 1- 15 (ounce) can Cannellini Beans, rinsed
  • 1 c. Dry Ditalini Pasta
  • 1/4 c. Pecorino Romano Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start by sauteeing the celery, onion, and garlic in the oil in a medium-sized pot. Once the vegetables start to soften, add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. 
  2. Reduce heat to medium; then add your beans, cheese, and pasta. Allow the soup to simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.
