Tuscan White Bean Soup is a healthy, heavenly Italian soup made with straightforward fixings like celery, cannellini beans, Ditalini pasta and chicken stock.

This Tuscan White Bean Soup is one of my better half's top choices and happens to likewise be perhaps the least difficult soup that you can make. There aren't a great deal of complex fixings, however it surely is very filling. The pasta assimilates the greater part of the fluid and it becomes like a generous, bean stew.

Truth be told, while I was glancing through a portion of my unique plans that I shared here six years back (I despite everything can't trust it's been that long!), this one sprung up and I was unable to trust I hadn't made it a long while, yet I've been on a soup kick for supper recently and this one is flavorful.

  • 3 stalks Celery, rinsed and finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 8 c. Chicken Broth
  • 1- 15 (ounce) can Cannellini Beans, rinsed
  • 1 c. Dry Ditalini Pasta
  • 1/4 c. Pecorino Romano Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

  1. Start by sauteeing the celery, onion, and garlic in the oil in a medium-sized pot. Once the vegetables start to soften, add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium; then add your beans, cheese, and pasta. Allow the soup to simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.
