Simple Overnight Oats – Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats Recipe #healthy #breakfast

One of my preferred simple breakfast plans is straightforward short-term oats! These overnight oats are a simple breakfast formula that you can put together around evening time or toward the end of the week and have a too heavenly breakfast in the first part of the day!

Basic short-term oats are intended to make your morning, great, basic! You can eat them cold or warm, absolutely up to you!

This week is pumpkin week! The temperatures are at last beginning to drop (a piece!) which implies it's totally OK to begin eating #allthingspumpkin right? The formula I'll be imparting to you here is pumpkin flavor for the time being oats. I for the most part like to warm up my pumpkin zest for the time being oats and it tastes simply like pumpkin pie!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup greek or dairy free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 TB walnuts
  • pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Layer ingredients as listed above.  Refrigerate overnight.  Eat cold or heat up in the microwave (preferred method!)
