It's springtime, strawberry season has arrived, and the climate is radiant and flawless in San Diego. I had an extraordinary run early today outside and came in and investigated the solidified strawberries in the cooler and realized I needed to utilize them.
I needed something mixed and sweet and rich to extinguish my thirst. This worked. Strawberry seeds in my teeth what not.
It is anything but a progressive "formula", however it sure is acceptable. It just pauses for a moment to make, and even less to drink. A gift and a revile.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (big handful), fresh may be used although ice may be necessary
- 1/4 cup milk or cream (use your favorite milk or vegan milk, i.e. coconut milk cream, soy cream, etc.)
- sweetenter, to taste (sugar, stevia, agave, etc.)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Depending on how many strawberries you used, their size, your blender, and your desired smoothie thickness and consistency, you may need more than 1/4 cup cream (I used about 1/2 cup), or add a splash of water, to reach desired consistency.
- Serve immediately. Leftover portion may be stored in the freezer for later consumption for up to 2 months. The smoothie does not change consistency and taste is not effected upon thawing.
