Wild Blueberry Chia Fresca #drinks #healthy

Wild Blueberry Chia Fresca #drinks #healthy

Summer is on its way, and I was unable to be increasingly energized for all the flavorful nourishment that joins it. I'm a sucker for barbecued old fashioned corn, succulent watermelon, and a veggie burger on the flame broil, yet what truly gets me amped up for mid year? Chia fresca.

I made this formula as a team with my companions over at Wild Blueberries. I consider this beverage a chia fresca, yet the customary name is agua fresca, which actually means "new water." Agua frescas are drinks made by mixing water, new natural product, and a tad of lime juice and sugar. I love them since they're not stressed (which means all the fiber goodness from the organic product remains in there) and they're not very sweet! As the name proposes, they're more organic product injected water than full scale natural product juice.

The chia seed added to the blend amps up the sustenance a score with a hit of fiber and solid omega 3 fats. This chia fresca serves as a scrumptious tidbit and a reviving treat! My mixed Chia Fresca with Pineapple and Turmeric is a backbone on summer evenings.
