INGREDIENTS

  •  1 (20-ounce) can of whole, peeled lychees in heavy syrup (drained and 1 tablespoon heavy syrup reserved)
  •  8 ounces full-fat coconut milk
  •  4 ounces pure coconut water
  •  2.5 ounces Bacardi rum
  •  5-6 large ice cubes, plus more for serving
  •  lime wedges, for garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine the drained and peeled lychees, 1 tablespoon of the reserved heavy syrup, coconut milk, coconut water, rum, and ice cubes in a blender. Puree until very smooth.
  2. Pour over crushed ice or additional ice cubes, and garnish with lime wedges. Serve immediately.
